I love fruit, and I think I just found something else in the fruit family to love: green globe grapes. Have you ever had them? These grapes are amazing! My daughter fell in love with green table grapes, but these globes are simply beyond words.
What’s the Big Deal?
First of all, the grapes are huge. Each one is larger than an adult big toe! A handful of them is probably only four or five grapes.
Second, they are seedless! I hate crunching through grapes only to stop suddenly on a hard seed inside. These beauties are all fruit.
Finally, they are oh, so sweet. I often wonder why candy is so popular when there is fresh, natural fruit available... A handful of these sweet globes gives you a kick of energy, and there are no letdowns from sugar. That’s good.
Power Up
Grab some green globe grapes when you head back to the supermarket. Pack some in your bag when you head to work and munch on them during the day. See if your energy rises naturally. Hey, you’re an active daddy. You owe it to yourself.
